800 Front Spring Upper Bushing

gould62-will do. Have brush guard and items in box, no winch yet. Going to adjust rear springs to level out machine and check ride. May get to ride this weekend. Will let you know. So far, I really like the results.

I need to adjust the rear springs on mine, have a mark on the muffler from the sway bar.....set a little light for me and a bud going goose hunting. Love the machine though, wouldn't have anything else, except maybe the 800

gould62- think for most situations they ride great. Each of the three I've owned have gotten softer supspension the newer the model. This 06 is very comfortable, but at higher speeds, tends to roll. I hope this helps without making ride too harsh. Wouldn't trade either.

do you still have the stock pxt tires on? i know mine had wicked body /tire roll at high speeds. going to the xtr's fixed most of the body roll even though the springs are still soft.

Stendori-have Mud Lites in front and 589's in back. PXT's came off quick, only stock tires I haven't trashed sidewalls. Was researching the spring swap threads again this week due to a ride 2 weeks ago. Going at a good clip on a narrow trail, turned sharply to avoid tree, and got a lot closer than I wanted to. Front just felt like it rolled over without going where I wanted to. Little scary for a second. Dives when I brake, comes up when I nail it. Yours same isn't it? Very comfy ride as you know, but maybe too soft at times. Going to try these out. Adjusted rears up. Let you know how it feels. Heck, you can change them out in about half an hour once you know what you're doing.
