Default Polaris PXT Take Offs

Got a question, one of the dealership's in the area has a set of PXTs on stock Polaris steel rims for $300. What do you guys think of this price. My wifes bike has PXTs on it and they are way more agressive than the stock 489s on my ATP how do they compare for general trail riding? I've taken the 489s on several trail rides and have been pretty impressed with them, especiallt foe a stock tire.

the pxt's are radials first off vs. the bias 489's. i put my stock pxt's on the wifes 450 that came off my 800 and she can go further in the mud now then w/ the 489's. of course these are 26" vs 25" 489's as well. the price seems a little high w/ steel rims but im cheap. lol.

Sounds like a good "dealer" price, but think you can get a better deal on E-Bay-more durable tire like a 6 ply or 6PR-for not much more $.
