Tires size on Sportsman
TarHeel1, you have a Trailblazer it says? Is the SPortsman suspension different?
The top of the suspension on my Sportsman is close to the tire right now (width wise, lots of height room).
Anyone with a Sportsman chime in? AGain, will I have any clearance issues with 29x9-12 on the front? Thanks!!

Ok, awesome. So even on the front, you have room for them and no rubbing? I notuced you have 14" rims. Did the 700 come stock with 14's? Did U ever run 14's with the 26x9-12's?
Can someone with 14" rims and running 26x9-12's on the front let me know if they have any issues?

I have 27x9 589s on stock 04 rims and they rub and I also had 26x10 mud sharks that measured about 8.75 and they rubbed also. I had to put wheel spacers on which is fine because it makes it more stable. I put the spacers all the way around.
Also anyone running 14" rims would be running a 26x9x14 just to clear things up. 14 in rims would probably clear better just as larger rims on t truck clear the brakes and tie rods.

Nope. Not sure why it says "trailblazer". I think it has to do with the few amounts of posts I've made.
No I have a new 700 EFI Sportsman. You can see it in my pics......</end quote></div>
Yes the name changes as your posts progress.......

Mine are the 14 inch Crusher rims from Polaris. I'm running the same size tire (26x9-14) but on a 14inch rim instead of a 12 inch rim (26x9-12)
I'm also running the GoodYear Rawhide MT/Rs which are not the most aggressive tread pattern. So maybe that makes a difference.....not sure.
