Having a similar problem with my 07' 700. going down hill I hear and feel aloud clicking noise coming from my transmission or somewhere down there

 

Have you changed the front gearcase demand drive fluid yet? If so verify what demand drive fluid was put in it. Apparently there is a big difference between the two demand drive fluids.

 

Does anyone know where to find the build date on there sportsman?

 

We had two (2) Sportsman 500 Deluxe's that had the front differental replaced due to this problem..It seems a small number of these had the noise problems..Our serial numbers were one digit apart..They had one awful noise and vibaration when coming to stop with switch turned on..Polaris replaced them no questions asked....

 

did your dealer take care of your problem or did you have to contact polaris personally?
