how do i remove the sleeve on my 250 cylinder

 

Must be SUPERHEATED and pressed out! We have done a couple re-sleeves in the past,but now just send to L.A. Sleeve CO. Pain in the butt even with press and tools. We also send KTM and other plated cylinders out when needing recoating from wear or damage.If bore damaged or cant rebore further, there are several companies available. Check prices,can range from $125 to over $200 depending on company. Still cheaper than new one and be carefull on E-bay if one is available. Good luck
