I asked the polaris dealer if the cable would rub. He thought it would, said people wrap the brushguard w/pvc. I looked at alot of the pics. on the latest thread about pics of your plow setup, the cables look like they are close (I couldnt tell for sure)????

When you look at the glacier plow system, take a good look at the 1 and 2. I have the 2. It has a nice quick release, etc., but is nowhere near the quality of the 1. The 1 is built tough and it's obvious. I know my dealer primarily sells the 1's just for that reason, but they do sell a few 2's. If I had to buy a new one I would get the 1. Just food for thought!

As stated above, mine does not rub - I'd bet yours won't either...

I sectioned my brushguard and put a boat trailer roller in the middle so my rope just rolls across the roller in and out. Works fine. Before with cable rubbing on the chrome brushguard, it got slivers in it quick and the chrome got all gouged up. I never remember my camera for some pics oh well..
