I would be most worried about the suspension. Check ball joints, wheel bearings, front and rear difs for water, check trans for water, check u joints and cv joints for wear. Ask if carb boot has ever been changed or brake pads replaced.
If it runs good and everything checks out it would probably be a good bike.
I did have a problem with the roll pin on the rear drive shaft on mine worked its way out and wore a hole in trans housing. Was an easy fix, replaced roll pin and sealed up the hole with jb weld and has held real well.
