Yeah...I'm starting to feel the same way. Have NOT received my Recall notice yet from Polaris. Not going to worry about it really. If something happens to mine...and Polaris does not notify me (as required), then I will let it burn...and GET a new 2010 850XP.

Hey Polaris...if you are reading this thread, send me my notice already! <grin>

Update: Just had the new breather installed on my machine, took the dealer 15 minutes to complete, and another 30 minutes to check the other components on my machine.

While the machine was there, I asked them if they could look at the front/rear brakes, rear axles, differential (front/rear), a-arms and front ball joints. The technician said that everything appears to be in good working order so that made me feel good.

I'm taking mine in on Wednesday. I'm glad it's a quick fix!
I,m going to have the ADC fluid changed at the same time.

Still have not received my notice from Polaris. I guess I should give them a call??? Not sure if that will help... Or should I just call the dealer?

Anyone have any idea's?

Thanks,
biz

Good thing the notices are coming out now before the extreme WINTER months.

Hope you all get them fixed quickly! (FYI, my dealer did fix my ECM issue w/my former SP450 and I did receive the notice, pretty good job on the recall.)

Cheers,

R'

You haven't had yours all that long, are you sure your serial number is in the group that needs the recall work done?
Another thought is that sometimes the dealers are a little slow filing there papers with Polaris. Have yours been sent in?

I'd call the dealer to make sure!

Yup...my serial number is on the list. I suppose a call to the dealer is in order.

I appreciate the response.
