I need an answer to this question, i have a bad electric fuel pump, do I have to change the whole tank assembly or is there a aftermarket pump out there that can be bought instead of replaceing the whole tank.....thanks for any help...

thanks for the info, I took out the pump and noticed that it looks pretty close to the one that I put in my ford ranger. my plan was to check at the auto parts store to see if I could match it that way. looks like you have the same idea..thanks for your help......

 

theres a couple of differnt ones that will work i do beleave. good luck.

 

if you know someone that works at a parts store see if you can borrow there book it will take some time to figure out all the pressures with the charts in the back of the book... if yo go in and they say we have nothing.. there full of s#$t... to lazy... or doesnt know how to do it....the best book if you can look at or ger is carter or borg warner... the specs in those books are the best
