Default Xp watts

Anyone know how much I can load the electrical not sure how much the watts put out on the new XP OR THE AMPS any help?

475 W @ 1200 RPM / Peak 575 W 3-Phase / 32 Amp

3 phase. How would you get the 3 phase out of it?

3 phase stator.....generally better output at lower RPMS than a single phase. Why?

Huh, Just didn't know that. 3 phase industrial motors are also more efficient.
