EPI clutch kit is under $200. Talk to them and see if you need a whole kit....

2009 500 Sportsman with 27" tires you would and for the type of riding your doing you would want the EPI Sport Utility Kit for 27-28" tires. The kit is designed for all around trail use with over size tires. MSRP = 209.50 or 329.95 with a severe duty belt. Call EPI for more info.

There are good instructions in the kits. You can actually view the instuctions on the EPI website (upper right corner on home page). Some have pics but not all. Putting in an EPI kit is no different then replacing the stock parts, no machining or modifying. Bolt in and go! If you run into any problems you can call EPI or refer to service manual.

well, I'd talk to Rick Ritter, I gave him a call last week, about fixing my little bit of loss, and he said you I could try the primary and/or secondary spring(s) first, and if I need more get the weights, and one spring is $40, and both of them are $70, so I'm just going to get springs for now

Big Horns are great in their element, but suffer in some areas.
