These helmet units fit well, don't slip and sound as good as stereo system. Used with the 28 mile FRS radios they are awesome. Most importantly, they are switched on by a handlebar thumb switch.

ive been playing with cb's since i was big nuff to climb up in dad an g'pas big trucks,...for that kinda money you can get a cobra 29 classic an have a real radio,..good tune up an itll dead key 25 watts with good antenna,..i got a ol 25 classic thats been chicken trucker'd up with echo an talk back an big finals set up to a texas star 350 watt linear an wilson 2000 antenna ive talked couple hundred miles on out in the desert!! but for what you wanting id go to a caming/out doorsman outlet an find some hand held cobra walkie talkie's like my kids have for 30 bucks a set,..good for 25 miles distance think you can even get channal 19 an catch bear reports from us trashy truckers!! an you can take them with you if you have to leave busted up quad an hike out!!
