I ordered a belt is this the right numbers??

I have a 09 500HO non-ebs the numbers on the cardbord are 3211077 and the numbers on the belt are 3211048 is this the same belt????

3211048 was the old OEM belt,the 3211077 is the replacement. OPT

Will the belt work than??? I got it off e-bay.... is there a reason for the change??? Should i soak it before i put it on??

The belt is the correct replacement,NO alteration needed! 3211048 is a discontinued number. If the 48 belt was in a 77 package,then someone is slipping you an old number belt,but it is usable. OPT
