oh- ok, It was worth a mention I guess. I don't know anything about that 300 motor.

Just curious though, if it has no reeds, how does the cylinder compress the mixture? Does it have valves in the head? Is it injected? I've never seen a carbed 2-stroke without reeds.

 

It is all in the shape of the piston. the 250 also has no reed valve.

 

unhook the rev override and see if it helps. my 95 400l would do the same thing unhooked it and everything was fine

 

i have a 94 polaris 250 4x4 that does the same thing runs for a bit and then dies dont know what is wrong with the dam thing anyone else no .
