If you look at where your tie rod ends bolts by the wheel it bolts from the top, well you gotta take and bolt it in from the bottom...Then realign...I would say it would be best to just get the right offset and get new rims...

I will try to get some pics tomorrow. New baby in the household so finding quad time is tough.
Just like was mentioned, looking at the outer tierod end, take the cotterpin out, unbolt the bottom nut, loosen the jam nut (remember reverse threads on the outer) pull tierod up and out, spin it off a handfull of revolutions until it lines up with the hole and reassemble in opposite order.
Take lots of measurements first and you will more then likely have to adjust your toeout again even if you are carfull not to let the hub move while flipping the tierod.
The steering is more difficult then before but I think its due to the greater tire mass and tread and not the flipped tierod.
Your POPO will still have a horrible turning radius.
