Default Amsoil and the 99 sportsman (335 that is)

I need to do all the fuilds in my 99 335. Up till now, I have polaris stuff in it. I was thinking of changing to Shell rotela sys for the engine oil. I have some demand drive fuild for the front hubs. But what amsoil do I need for the rest of required fuild changes?

I run Mobile 1 0w-40 with no issues and a Wix filter,it's cheap and at nearly every parts house as well as Walmart,I've never run Amsoil in my Polaris but I'm sure they have good quality products.I myself stick with the Polaris fluids as far as the tranny but a good light weight synthetic motor oil might work, sure others will chime in on oils for the tranny. You can use Type F transmission fluid in the front hubs since you have Hilliard clutches if you are out of Demand Drive Fluid.

I run Amsoil 0w-40 oil in the motor and Amsoil severe gear oil (75w-90?) for the rear end. I too only use the Polaris fluid in the front hub and the tranny.

Amsoil 0w-40 should be in every ATV made. Its even made for 5 speeds with wet clutches.

Polaris says to use Polaris Premiun Synthetic chain case lube in the tranny and GL 80-90 gear lube in the front gearcase. Which Amsoil do I use.

Also I need a air filter and a prefilter for this as well. Are there good online prices on these or should I just go to the dealer?

Well the tranny takes chain case oil, the front diff takes gear oil and the motor takes motor oil there 3 different things. All of which Amsoil makes.

I go to one store and they only sell Amsoil motor oil, Shell synthetic chain case oil and Motomaster synthetic 75w-90 gear oil so I buy that.
I don't want to run all over town to get Amsoil everything.
I just get the filter from the dealer, I shop vac it and get two seasons out of them, they do not charge much for it.
