Loose Plugs on Outlaw 525

I'd guess one to the frame and one to the engine.

We cut some cables to run a ground from the starter and frame. I checked to see of the battery was charging, but we're only getting 2-2.5 volts back. I thought it was charging but that doesn't seem like enough.

We fixed it! Turns out it was the auto-decompression. We had changed that awhile ago, but we accidentally got some lock-tight on it from the other bolts. Thanks for the help guys.
