Just goes to show you that some dealers aren't stealerships after all.
That's a pretty good deal for sure considering that's about the cost for "1" EPI...

Default HD Springs

Will the HD springs fit on a 2001 Sportsman 500??

I am thining about putting some 27 inch tires on my stock bike but not sure if they will fit with the front sag??

Will these springs add enough clearance?

If you have the stock tires a 27" is going to only add 1" to the radius of the tire (depending on the maker's tire sizes). Get your heaviest friend to sit on the front on either side and see if you have an inch of clearance between your tire and the fenders. I'm honestly not sure if the Sportsman of that year will work with the HD springs. I know 2005 on up will. A bigger concern is usually that the bigger tires are wider and the tire ends up rubbing the tie rod ends.

I have HDs front and back on my 2001, they are not longer or taller then stock, they are just much stiffer. You could try front spring spacers to get some lift.

I tried the EPIs on front and they were too stiff for trail riding so went back to stock springs with TM2 adjusters and have been happy with it. There is still some camber to the front wheels but not too bad. I do like the cushy ride of the Popo Sportsman.
