Hi Bought a Conti 200cc quad bike with reverse switch.Can not find wiring diagram.Also need to know if the 6 pin cdi is ac or dc

 

Post this in the kids quad section or Chinese quads. The guys there should be able to help you. Seems like S Africa is all that's listed on them.

 

I searched for Conti and found dozens of different things all over the world. Seemingly everything except ATVs.

If the CDI is AC the wires from the stator will go directly to it and will not show any power on pins with key on. Generally, if there is kick or pull start, AC CDI.
DC is usually electric start only and show power on the power pin of the CDI with key on.

found hundreds of wiring diagrams bike starts and runs still dont know how to engage reverse.I bought the bike without wiring harnass .Bike starts but no charge to the battery and also no reverse googled some engine specs some thing about friction reverse?Can any one please help.All the diagrams show voltage regulators this quad dont have one, Please can any one help Its A conti 200 (cqb200) ATV.
