Default Stalling issues

I have a 2002 Sportsman 700 that now has issues with throttling after a head gasket change. Im wondering if the rockers weren't put back the same way they came out if this would affect the throttle? I ended up changing the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, air filter, thermostat, radiator, and carburetor. Still having issues when I press the throttle. It bogs down then stalls. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
update, changed wire harness and ignition coil. No help.
