My Polaris 250 Trailblazer has stopped turning on months ago, It stalled in the street multiple times, until it no longer powered on anymore. The lights didn't come on, it didn't crank, nothing. Since then, I've replaced the solenoid, battery, and key ignition. Nothing turns on. No lights, no crank, nothing. I look at the solenoid and notice a couple of wires not even plugged in. On the solenoid, theres a gray wire sticking out of the top left post, with a green and gold tip. Theres a white wire with a red stripe coming from inside the 4 wheeler, and I connected the two and it sparked. theres also a gray wire coming from the 4 wheeler, along with a red wire and black wire connected with a terminal ring. I have no idea what any of these do, and where to connect anything. (battery connected and reading 12.5 volts, fuse is good, ground connections are good as well)
Sadly, all we have in our archive are fragments of the full wiring diagram.. This is one of those cases where OP would do himself a favor by tracking down a Clymer manual. Or perhaps looking up parts on OEM retailers pertaining to the specific year of his Trailblazer in the hopes of getting a look at the factory schematics. If anyone has a Polaris Trailblazer 250 full wiring diagram they could share in this thread, it would be appreciated.
