The gas leak from filling the tank to the top is the gas coming out the vent hose in the top of the tank. Don't fill it so full. As for the Carb leak I can't help you hetre I have not dinked with the carb yet. Good luck I am sure somebody here can help you though.

Ok, I had the same problem with my Scrambler and it turned out to be a crack in the bowl. I have tightened the screw to tight and it caused a crack in the bowl. How tight did you tighten the screw? If it isn't that, then try some threadlock tape on the screw. I thought it was coming from my drain also but since it is the lowest point it will look like that is where it is coming from. You have to pull the tank and then the carb to get to the float bowl to check it. Good luck!

There seems to be a lot of this going around. It recently happened to mine, my neighbors brand new TB, and another friends quad.
The guy with the Trail Boss fixed his by blowing just a puff of air up the overflow tube with his air compressor. He said this sometimes works to get the needle/seat to seal again. But he warned just a puff otherwise you could do damage. Mayby the easiest thing to do is just keep your gas line shut off while not in use, unless someone likes to dink around with carbs.

You can get the bowl and I think it is like $32 or so. Good luck
