Campy I dont think it hurt the topend much.Made it really quick and better in the mud.I was impressed with the blue return spring.made itslow down on hills better. I set this up for mud and hills.wasnt to concerned with speed needed more tourqe and it did the trick.I am pleased with the white on my 4 strkoke.
