Clutch Alignment
#1
Just got my motor back in the frame. I am going to borrow a clutch alignment tool from the shop tomorrow and take a crack at the alignment. Could someone post the correct way to do it. Would like to have it close by in case I forget what the shop tells me.
Thanks

Ronnie, since you're running some mods. I've been told, run the clutches as close to straight on as possible. If you don't already have the harder mounts, I would suggest getting them. HPD runs their race mods straight, so I figure that's the way I'll run mine. Just hook the alignment tool on the primary and see what your gap is on the leading edge of the secondary. Takes some work, but it will pay for itself in longer belt life, and a more direct transfer of power.
Good Luck,
