I'm not denying the 5ooho is a good machine,I'm thinking about getting a 700 myself.But that grizz you passed must have had something wrong with it. My grizz would blow a 500 away and I'm sure would handle wooded trails just as well.As far as parts go I dunno, hadn't had to order any yet.

 

I can only tell you what I saw and I was not the one eating the dust and gravel. We are both pretty big guys >240 and he is a nut about his machine so I can only assume that is in top running order. The other mod that I did that I forgot to mention is I have a 700 belt in place of the stock. Mabe luck maybe not, comes rite down to it who gives a @#$%.

 

Not doubting what you said,my friend has a 500 and I know he can't come close to outrunning me,but maybe something is wrong with his. Like you said though,who cares?
