Qracer motors are easy as breathing to work on, if you have some mechanical ability at all and a manual. Also, treated correctly with even a little maintainence, they ARE reliable (IF you find one that hasn't been super-abused). Blasters are good for the money, but have cruddy brakes and front end (i had an a-arm break on my old '90 blaster @ about 50 mph on a fire road--OUCH). If you want a four-stroke, take your pick. Mojave's (they used to be bad about messing the cam bearing surfaces up) are ok, 300ex's are ok, warriors are ok (albeit heavy). It all boils down to what you want. If you ride mostly in sand, look for a cherry '87 up LT250R, you'll be very pleased. If you ride mostly in the woods, hate premix, want electric start and/or reverse, pick one of the four-strokes (although I dont think mojaves have electric start--they used to not). Look at them all, ride all if you can, and pick whatever you like best-after all, it's your money.
