How much does a 400ex weigh and how bout a raptor? My scrambler weighs about 500 even so it's pretty heavy but the 38 hp helps it out pretty well just wanting to know how much heavier my quad is over these.

 

A 400ex weighs between 380 and 400. Im not sure about the raptor.

 

The 400ex dry weight is 375ibs. I think the raptors is 396ibs.

 

With an LTE complete intake and exhaust kit installed, mine pulled 28 HP at the rear wheels and 21 lb/ft of torque at sea level under 70 degree conditions.

That would be about 32-33 hp at the crank.

First, Rider 11 is right, its only about 28 hp that a stock 400ex puts out. Y'all that said a stock 400ex puts out 50 are dumb (no offense).

 

It seems like every thread where someone asks how much horsepower a stock (insert quad here) has, most of the answers are about what it will do when it's modded, or what something else will do. Now I see it's been going on since before I was here too.
