what if i took the lighting coil off ? or i cant do that can i?

 

the lighting coil just rides along if it's not in use, taking it off is not going to yield any big improvements. just take off the lights and switch assembly, then replace that segment of the harness (run/stop switch) with a good tether kill switch is about all you can do.... unless you want to spend the dough to have the flywheel machined.

 

how much does it cost to get the flywheel machined? most shops do it?

 

would i gain alot of acceleration? top speed? all around more responsiveness is what i would think would happen w/less weight. i dunno
