pastor, If you grabbed the left handle and the front brakes locked up then something is seriously wrong with your Vinson. The left lever is the rear brake. I definately think you should become more familiar with your Vinson. Read the owners manual and take an ATV safety course. Please be a little more safe in the future.

 

First glad your OK. My riding habit is never ride faster that I can see to stop, simple. Linked or unlinked brake, I like linked but if you hit them hard enough to lift rear of ground it makes no diff. Tires in the air have NO traction.
