quadracer gear ratios?
They changed them in 86 (raised 4th and 5th gear ratios) then again in 87 (went to a 6 speed), but they stayed the same after that.
87-92 tranny gears
1- 13/31
2- 14/25
3- 18/23
4- 18/21
5- 20/19
6- 22/18
I got these #s from an online parts catalog, which showed them all the same from 87-92. I cant say for sure they are correct, but I have bought a lot of parts from them and have not got the wrong one yet so they are most likely correct.

quadracer gear ratios?
I’m still working on figuring that out. I will PM you the website where I got the gear sizes if you want (not sure if I can post it here). It shows all the gears in the motor and tells their size. I was working on figuring out the different motor to tire rpm ratios for different year models. But I’m not sure which gear drives which between the crank and tranny so I put that on hold until I take the clutch cover of again and figure it out for sure.

quadracer gear ratios?
Yup, it sure doesn’t. It has all the gear sizes but the primary drive gear. And for a LT500 it has them all. Seems like there always has to be one small but critical piece of info missing.
It has all the others though. You might find a picture of a LT250 with the cover off where you could count the teeth on that gear. Or maybe someone on the forum happens to have one apart right now.

quadracer gear ratios?
SHT, After thinking about it for some unknown reason while pre-gaming with a few beers I realized that when i bought my first 87 Quadracer i was given a brand new owner's manual. Then after another beer i realized i din't give it away when i sold it years ago. After the next beer i remembered seeing it in a drawer about 8 months ago. Took a look and found it
