I was just wondering how many people do any custom fabricating on parts or plastics or frames or anything at all?? Figured we could all get some good ideas out of this. let us know!!!

 

I made a titanium light bracket for my PIAA lights. I like having the lights turn with the bars.

check out the profile of halfliter hes done some custom mods on his zilla,

infact i just recived some billet aluminium pluss 2 A-Arms for my zilla and belive me there absolutly mint, the guy has some serious talent

i just wish i had a digital camera so i could put some photos up cos you would all be begging him to make some for your rides,

 

i painted the hubs on my z250 red and it looks pretty sweet.

 

my pipe on my warrior shot so i cut a big whole in it and i took everything out of it and welded it back. nthen i drilled wholes in my lid and rejetted it. it is really fast and really loud. i suggest not to do this to a good pipe. it was also stock.

 

i made an e-brake block-off, rear caliper arm and a skidplate for an aftermarket swingarm. skidplate's getting welded up this weekend. gonna do a full bellypan next.

tonight i'm working on making a set of nylon spacers for the front suspension. 16 of those !$#%#ing things!

 

well i have made a exhaust a grabe bar custume headlight brackit and a skid plate
