Well just got a call from them, I hope I dont get screwed on this one. I called about the noise problem a week before my warranty was up(last Month) and now I take it in, in which the ticket writer noticed the sound coming from the motor and said that it wasnt right. Now they tell me there is no sound and had several people ride it. It better not turn out that they forgot to tighten something and fixed it without telling me. I will be P!ssed off. Cuz that makes the noise EVERYTIME I start to take off on that bike. They said they were going to keep it for a few days and check it out.

 

The Dealer just called me and said they havent had it lock up on them one time this weekend. They said they even called Suzuki on this and dont know what it is. I just had them mark it on the work order so if it does go out of warranty and i have this problem again hopefully it will be covered.

 

so you tell them the problem, then they test it out and and say that they didnt find anything? and dont know what to do?

 

yep, but I told them to keep that in their books so if it does go out in the future, I would like it replaced.

Got my bike back last Wednesday and they couldnt make it act up at all. The noise I was hearing they say is normal and is coming from the transmission on take off. Well they said if it does break they have it in writing that I was in there and will be covered under warranty.

I hate when that happens, it never fails, as soon as you take something in the shop it never acts up like it does when you were riding or driving it.

 

that noise isnt normal, cause mine sounds pretty smooth
