I talked to Donnie from country cycle the other day.He said it wont change the auto clutch, but when you want a manuel clutch it's there. It's realy wierd, but from what I understand the cable goes down to the adjuster bolt on the right side. you remove the allen head plug and replace it with there adapter and run your lines up to the bar.Say your friend wants to ride and doesnt know how to shift, he rides it just like stock. Now you want to show off and ride it hard you have the clutch to engauge and it shift just like a regular manual clutch.I dont know how it all works exactly inside but this is what they said at country cyle. they even said you can leave your brake lever in place if you want, personaly I think a double lever is dumb looking , and accident prone but to each there own. I think I will probaly get one soon but I will remove the brake lever and line completely and install the clutch in it's place

I have thinking about buying one of the clutch kits, just not sure if they would be worth the price. Cant figure out how the auto clutch and manual clutch would work together. When you rev the motor and pop the manual clutch what happens? Will it set there like an auto or dump you on your a$$? please explain. THANKS

With the hydraulic clutch kit it doesn't change any of the existing features on your z250 or ozark (it fits both). Once you bolt it on you could ignore the new clutch lever and shift like you always have or at any time grab the lever and it operates just like a manual clutch (like on a z400). It can do this because the z250 and the ozark come from the factory with both a standard manual clutch(for shifting) and a centrifugal clutch(for idling in gear). The hydraulic clutch kit just uses the manual clutch that is already there.
When you pull the manual clutch, put it in first gear, rev it and dump the clutch------you wheelie!
