Going to Colorado Elk Hunt in October. Can anyone tell me if I need to have 2004 eiger 400 rejetted for high altitude. Around 10,000 to 11,000 feet. Thank you

probably should be able to get away with raising your needle clip a notch. That is, if the Keihin in our Eigers HAS a needle adjustment. You want to lean it out for high elev... that's how with did it with our snowmachines back home. Easier than a drastic jet change. ALTHOUGH, I am thinking about going to a slightly larger main jet while I look for a CVK36 at a reasonable price. Supposedly that helps a little. Certainly not going to help YOU when you go to high elev. though.
