Default 2005 King Quad ....de tuned???

Diamondbird 88 mudthrasher had his o ring for his head blow out and his buddy had a cam bearing blow on the same improper map because the dealer did not follow the proper remap procedure didn't save orig parameters proper procedure: http://www.cannondale.com/motorsport...stallation.pdf The other main problem is if you go to a dealer for a remap and you are still running lean/rich he has to know which variables to play with such as fuel injector flow rate and injector offsets, Acceleration Transient Sensitivity. If I had an efi bike I would buy a kit and software and play around with my own maps I mean it would be awesome to have a trail map a drag race map a dune map a mudding map that would be ideal bring a laptop with you in a atv rally and remap for each event drag race, atv pulling, mud I shouln't have wrote the guys are having problems rather thay are taking time to adjust to remapping compared to jetting.

Yeah, I have a Speed and if you don't know what your doing your going to nothing but harm to the quad, that's why I have the mapping software so I can do it myself.

Quit whining, all machines are detuned.
If it is detuned too much, I think I may decline to purchase it.

The whole point to us V-twiners even thinking about a one lunger is that it is tuned UP and has power to keep up. If it gets stomped into the dirt by a 650, then I might as well keep my 650.
My recommended plan of action definitely is keep the V-TWIN!! Nice try by Suzuki, but just not enough to de-throne the Kwacker. It will take more than what has been offered by all the rest to beat the V-TWIN, except maybe another v-twin design by "someone" else. JMO.
