I dont really know what to tell ya i beat the everlivin $hit out of my 03 vinny and iv never had any problems with my frame or engine mounts. I even do alot of stupid stuff with it, like chaining it to trees and pulling trucks out of revines with the 2.5 ci, iv got pictures of it 4 feet in the air leveled out, i tow stupidly heavy loads like my 2300 lb. boat, and any thing else you would like me to do. 581 after you posted your first tread about frame issues i pulled myne all apart to inspect it and didint find anything but a little bit of craped paint from stress but nothing more. My only problem is with the dealer who sold it to me didnt register my warenty with suzuki now i have to bring it down to binghamton ny from syracuse to have warenty work done.

 

my frame busted too, first time it was under the right side foot board, and the second was underneith, where the skidplate connects. the bad thing is i only have about 300 miles on it and it's an 03' ( i'm in the military and i don't get home much to ride it ). i don't have the vin # on me but i will get it for you. after reading all these threads on this subject, i really need to look over my vinny real good for any more cracks [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

funny...myself and 4 of my friends all have vinsons...different years..2 are 2003,s 1's a 2004, and 1 is a 2005...we all have them heavily modded the 05 is stock and we beat the crap out of these machines on a daily basis. I have yet to see a single problem with a frame on any of these bikes. Did you wack a tree or two before?
