Call country cycle and they can get you the barnett clutch parts cheaper than anyone else.
Country cycle: 515-462-1570
heres the part numbers you need:
LT-Z250
Friction plates: # TM-10 (5 req.) and # TM-8 (1 req.)
Steel drive plates: # SP-5-20 (5 req.)
Cryodized Aluminum drive plates:# SP-5-20C (5 req.)
Spring set: # MT-18-4
works really well.

Well it didn't slip anymore. so instead of the engine reving and not moving the bike as fast, it would take off better. now the centrifugal clutch is slipping since i put a bigger carb on it. i work for a company that relines brakes shoes and clutches, so i checked to see if we can reline my clutch with a more aggressive material and found out we can. so i'm gonna try that before i go and spend another 300 bucks on the centrifugal clutch. a stock one prolly wont hold anyway. I guess i need to quit pulling a trailer with it and stop pulling people out when they get stuck.....i think that puts a big load on it. I have been thinking about making it full manual but i hate to do that because it takes the easyness out of riding it slow. I think i'm gonna order my piston tomorrow.

Just wanted to let everyone know what the status of my turbo Ozark project is.
I have decided to just start out using the IHI RHF3 turbo (the tiny one) since the larger IHI RHB5 turbo that I have won't get into boost until REAL late in the power band, if at all. I have been selling all kinds of things on Ebay recently to get money to gather parts up to sell cheap dry nitrous kits on Ebay for ATVs. With the money I get from those kits, I am funding my project.
I just ordered 2 more vacuum operated fuel pumps, so I now have 5 of them. 2 of them will be used for fuel, 2 of them for oil, and 1 of them for water. I also should be recieving my oil container here any day now. It is not very big at only 6" tall by 3" by 3", but it is made of aluminum and is very nice. Since I have a rather large oil cooler and there will be plenty of oil lines being run, total oil capacity for the turbo should be around 2 quarts.
I will continue to post up as progress occurs.

It sounds better that just about any pipe i have ever heard. It has a real deep tone and you out to hear it idle, it lopes like a harley. the only thing is with the spark arrester in it sounds like poo. it has a swooshing or whistling noise. I ordered my piston today and it should be here wed. i'll tear it down the same day and should have it back up and running. I'm gonna try and e-mail a few companies again about a rev box because lord knows all hell will break loose with my bike if i had one. it is being held back so bad it ticks me off. i bought a z400 and 400 ex wire harness and cdi boxes with no luck....the trigger angle is different so the timing would be off too bad. A timing advance key prolly wouldn't be a bad idea for someone to offer for our bikes. I rode a stock raptor with one and a stock one with out and there is no comparison.
