Right before i found that i just ordered my 12/39 and my exhaust (went with the steel)

Hey randy when i ordered my 250 camshaft in the scimatic it show'd a c'ring that goes with the camshaft i ordered it cuz i didn't no if i needed it or not. can you shed some light on that?
