If there rated for a 12v input then it will be cake to set up and work. The reason I ask is the l.e.d.'s i use are ultra brights and are about 5mm in size. They put out good light but would require a honeycoumb of them to get the job done.

Dont worry to much about the 400. I think we all have other flings P.G. But only one first/true love.................over the top I know.

Try here, mostly techno speak to me..................

I swear, the 400 does not even come close to the rush the old 230 gives me. I think it is kinda like the old fly by wire days of airplanes. anyone can fly the new ones, but the old ones take a lil skill and big cajones'!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds about like the Blasters used too do (may still). We had one back many many moons ago in the early 90's. With the light on if you were just sitting idle the light would be very dim, but once you rev'd it up the light would get almost as bright as the sun.
Hey sahzookee! I thought you were selling your jewel? Second thoughts?

I guess the buyer had second thoughts. He sent me a PM asking the condition and I told him, never heard from him again. I guess a practically 20 year old quad with a 2 year old refresher doesn't suit his style. It still there.

Hey guys, its been a while for me, I finally am thawed out from the winter. I have been searching for a replacement light set myself for quite some time. If you guys come up with a light set up, I am in for a set. Let me know how much. I would help you guys out but I know enough about electronics and the LT DC system to be dangerous.

Yeah no kidding! People have started with less.

Tell you the truth, I have been thinking of upgrading to a newer machine, but the LT is just so damn fun, and for what I have into it would be hard not to keep it.

Alright, got my dual rate worksperformance shocks on the front, Is it necessary to spend the xtra dough, for dual rate on the rear? I weigh 160, and thats before the morning ritual! Would single rate spring suffice? seems like the trails I ride, the front takes all the hits, and even with my old blown out stock rear shock, bottoming out was never an issue. Any wisdom would be appreciated.

I may be wrong, but I dont think you can get a dual rate rear shock from Works for the sport. But, if you "spring" (pun intended) for the rezy and threaded preload you will have the same unit thats on mine. If you need pics of the install I can hook you up.

Still working on the l.e.d. lighting.

Standing by.
