Zilla scares me! Quite honestly the whole fuel injection thing is what lifts my skirt.

With the elevation changes we deal with on our rides EFI is the cure all.</end quote></div>

EFI is nice. I think the 700 raptor is EFI too. Lots of used ones of those.

Since a few of us are engineers, I thought you guys might enjoy this:

New Michelin Tire Design

Pretty freaky looking, but it makes a lot of sense!

I wonder how much they weigh. Can you imagine how plugged they would get with mud on a four wheeler?? They don't seem like they'd be ideal for ATVs.</end quote></div>

Yeah, I've seen those before and was wondering why we use air anymore.

I think they just had the sides off for show. You probably couldn't tell the difference in a regular tire. Not sure if they could make it work for an atv or not. Wouldn't need much to match a 2-5 psi tire.

On our Craigs here in MN, we've only got a couple 700s. Lots of 660s though. I'd love to have a raptor 700R. That, or the KFX450R, I can't decide! But I'm in luck, I can't afford either!

Oh I wish......

I just recently found out that k&n style after market air filters for the 230 really sux if the trail is wet. interesting though ,a nice gentleman with a brand new king quad 450 towed me back to my truck.
Guess I'll have to find a stock airbox on ebay, I hear they run better with the stock setup anyway.

That sucks, but yeah, paper filter and watery trails aren't good friends. Had you taken the whole air box off like Randy?

At least you didn't have to walk home!
