Randy lets just say my axle was bent enough for me to think it was best to get a new one. One ride down a fairly smooth road and you'd think it would shake to pieces.
I got a swing arm, carrier, and axle, for dirt cheap.</end quote></div>
Wow, never would have guessed it bent that easy.
I've heard of a guy getting rear-ended by another quad and having an axle bend. It was a honda though. If that matters.

lol those were pretty good. I know of Monty Python and watched bits and pieces but never really got into it.</end quote></div>
I guess one had to grow up in the 80's when there was little to do. VHS was brand new, you were well-off to have cable, HBO was for the rich guys, and everybody was asking santa for an Atari 2600 for xmas. If you didn't have cable, Monty was on late on public tv. Kung fu movies around 1-2 am.
<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>I love the one "You've tried to repair a $5 radio, twice." So true! </end quote></div>
I tried a few times... If it ain't a blown capacitor, I'm lost.

I got one a-arm done and I have the plastics sanded where the paint was peeling and one coat of paint on it. Doesn't sound like much, but by the time I get a fire going and the garage above 50 degrees, half the night is gone. It was 14 last night. Gotta be less than 0 where you are.

If it was that cold here, I'm not sure I could get the garage warm enough to paint. I got it above 60 when it was 14, but it was burning about as hot as I could get it. The problem with fires are they need to suck in air from the outside to burn. If it was colder for longer than a couple months here, I would rig up a pipe to vent air from outside directly to the stove... Instead of just sucking it into the room and having my warm air go up the chimney.
