have you heard of any cooling issues randy? is that something i need to watch out for?
i got the engine out today and pressure washed the frame and i did the engine too. next week, i intend to prep and paint the front of the bike. suspension and frame. pics are up.
i also checked the cam in my bayou. we took the exhaust valve cover off and compared it with another of our bayous thats running good. my valve had an 1/8" less travel and it was just the exhaust valve. im sure the intake will be significantly more. were going to get a parts bike and pull the cam and rockers and swap them. looking forward to having an actual rpm range and actual hp. lol

Plates frozen together? You have water in your engine? I have no idea really. Barking to me seems like 2 rough surfaces stuck together under high pressure, but forced to slide against each other.
