nothing broke on mine yet, and im riding it really hard in deep mud and over-aggressive rocky terrain (rolled it over twice) But it seems everybody has problems with their vinsons ... Maybe I'm lucky for now, I have 2500 miles on the odo and counting about 50 more each weekends. If this bike ever begins to cost me some ... I'm gonna sell it for sure, damn its a 2005 and suzuki claims its tough ... we'll see, If I ever happen to change tho I'm going for yamaha.

 

your running 25" tires is proly the reason your not having any problems. im happy with mine so far. i have a three year extended warranty so that makes me feel a bit better also.

 

well all i can tell you guys to do is take it easy on those front ends whatever size tires you have on them, its harder to ride agressively knowing that i cant trust that front diff. ...greg

 

i called the dealer yesterday and he said a bolt fell out of the ring gear so thats what busted my diff. ill get it back in a couple weeks i hope.
