I use Pig Spit. Ya you read it right. PIG SPIT. Found it at Wal-mart. This stuff is fantastic. It does not collect dust like waxed and some of the spray cleaners do. No static cling. Bikers use this when they are taking their bikes to a show. You can even spray it on the engine and it won't burn off. Makes any and all plastic look brand new. Even your floor boards that get so worn come out shinny black and look like you just pulled them out of the box and put em on. It's great.

Try Plexus. It will polish your plastic like new (even shinier). It works into the pores of the plastic and not only shines it but also protects it. It is very easy to spray on and wipe off. Shows no residue. I got mine for around $8 at the local Harley Davidson shop. It is also on line.
