Thanks. That's kind a what I thought until I saw gas/oil spitting out of it. Guess that happened when i flooded the bike.

I am thinking about getting the 90 cdi for my son.The dealer told me that if he gets it for me they wont take it back so has anybody else put the 90 cdi on to make sure it works? If I have to I will just buy the ct racing one but its a lot more. Thanks for any help.

I just installed the CT racing pipe, jets and K&N air filter on my boys LTZ50. I found a company selling the Dynatek CDI box cheaper than CT is. I'm waiting for that to come in so I can install it. But if anyone is interested the company is badboysdiscountparts. They sell through Ebay. The cdi box cost me $174.95 including S&H. That's $20 cheaper than CT and the dealers.

I thought my dealer told me $115 for the 90 cdi.I wonder which is better the one you are getting or the one for the90.Thanks for the response.By the way did the pipe and filter make a big differense? You would probably notice it more if you had the cdi on first because it revs out to quick now.

It definately sounds better. We'll know for sure once the CDI is in it and it's jetted correctly for the dunes. the jetting set up CT told me was for what their dyno readout was. It's a little rich for the riding we do. I took step by step pics of the install but am not sure how to download them. Once I figure that out I'll post the install for ya.

What did you change the gearing to? If you don't mind sharing your secrets!
