ltz50 quad no power
#221
For more power,it is not a secret I stated it earlier in the thread. I made a 48 tooth sprocket for the rear. Will still run 20 mph and climb the steepest on the easy trials at Hatfield&Mccoy at 9-10 mph.Alot of people don't want to give up the top speed but we live in hill country so if it has no power to climb hills the top end speed means nothing

No problem I have a 43 tooth sprocket brand new from Sprocket specialist if you are interested. Got tired of waiting for so I made one from #40 chain sprocket, that I got from work.

I might be. You say it helped on the hills but I live in Las Vegas and ride mostly in Utah where its pretty flat. Do you think it would still be worth it to change?</end quote></div>
Dude , do the gear change!!!! If your running on flat ground, that thing will haul a**. My little boys KFX50 will do 22mph with him on it. Granted , he has bigger wheels now , but I had put the sprocket in before installing the wheels. Big difference before the wheel install.
