I would really like to ride a LTZ50 with CDI, Pipe, K&N/Jetting, 3 Rollers Removed. I wonder if it is a big difference over stock?

Hello everyone......new to the site too, but reading these threads and working on the little 50 since July. Last night I decided to cut the exhaust in two and remove the entire baffle, had the pipe rewelded, painted it, man.....BIG difference in torque. Won't be buying a pipe anytime soon, but I'm sure FMF or CT still out performs it.

After taking "tlronny" idea, I too drilled a hole in the baffle, then bent the tube that's on the bottom of the baffle upward so the exhaust wouldn't hit the inside of the muffler. One thing led to another.....I had holes in the baffle, and bent marks where I tried knocking the spot welds off, I looked inside and said "No way". So then I went drastic.

I've put the K&N on, but it just fell flat on it's face when I opened it up. I stopped at every shop around here and nobody had that type of jet at a 76 or 82. I put the choke on, which made it better, but it's still not right, so I took the K&N off and put the stock back on for now.

It was for me. I was thinking about ordering a main jet for a 07 LTZ90, but I don't know what the jet size is. The stock 50 is a 58, but the diamameter is a little larger than say a main for a Raptor, but they're both Mikunis?
