I can get that ltz90 cdi for $150
What will taking out this set screw/plug do?
My bike did not have that washer at the head to restrict it. The dealer said, some do some don't.
Where did you see the fmf for $175.00?

The FMF says $175.
Do you know which CDI will let this little thing rev out higher?

ED I DID NOT have the washer in the head eather ,I called . chaparral,(18008412960) to day and talk to one of the guys there , he said he might be able to help get the jets ,does anyone have there cabr apart, nedd to know what size we need, and the actural size of the jet, dementions of it ,
when i removed the spacer ,rollers and drilled exhaust i dont think i lost any top end speed, think it gained some.

I found out the Dynatek CDI box revs out to 8,000rpm.
Stock is supposed to be around 5,000rpm.
This is the response I got from CT Racing.
If we could just find out the rpm limit of the LTZ 90 we are in business.
I also asked CT Racing about a group buy, waiting to hear back...I dont know if anyone is interested.
