No jetting if you modify your stock exhaust. If you change the whole pipe, jetting will be required. I haven't put on my k&n filter yet but TBird said no jet change after that either. He has stock pipe drilled out.

Good to know, that must be why CT sells the pipe and jet together.
The Dyna CDI should be here by Saturday, hopefully. I really want to get a before and after GPS run, but dont know where to do it. I might just do it on the street and hope I do not get caught.

Hey guys, just catching up on the threads. I went to the Suzuki dealer today and ordered a main jet for a 07 LTZ90. The parts diagram shows it to be a 80.0 (stock LTZ50 is a 58.8). Going back many pages someone said they worked at a Suzuki dealership and was fortunate enough to get a 90 CDI box for his 50, and went on to say he went up three jet sizes. This LTZ 90 jet I hope, is just enough for the K&N air filter.......I even asked the guy at Suzuki if the diameter of the jet is a little larger than most Mikuni jets, he said yah but didn't know why Suzuki made em like that. So HOPEFULLY this jet will work for the Z50 and IS enough jet for the K&N (with modified stock exhaust). Will find out by Monday........
