Ct Racing? Go ahead and blow your money in the wind. You people with a few exceptions are making this harder than it needs to be. Anybody On this forum can make that little Z go 20-30mph. My question is?, how fast can you get it there?

 

on youtube I saw a ltz50 doing donuts in the dirt. I did'nt know they had that much power. but it was missing the plastics. maybe that lightened it up enough.

I am not tring to get it to go fast, I am looking for power, power enough to climb hills and I have got that now it will either go or spin out not sit tthere and slip the clutch. And nothing about it was that hard.

 

What is airmobile getting upset about? And what the hell is get "moored"? I dont understand his point? Are there companys making these parts cheaper that we don't know about? How are we making it harder? CT sells the same type of upgrades he has on his KFX.

Im not upset, but to answer your question, YES!! Its called the entire Tawain/Chinense/Japanese scooter industry. I don't have a clue what CT sells that kit for or what it includes. I did my clutch for under $50.00 dollars. This what it got for $50.00: 1 KOSO RACING VARIATOR W/BOSS , size 5g-10g roller weights(prodigy), 1500 rpm clutch springs, 2000rpm clutch springs, 1500rpm torque spring, and 2000 rpm torque spring.
99% of the stuff you can get off ebay dirt cheap. Do the research,I promise to save ya a buck. Sorry for my rudeness.

So you found things for cvt trannys and mini quads, not specifically for our models. You found your stuff on ebay? How did you know it would fit and work?

I just put on my k&n filter. Havent rode it yet but man you can hear the carb sucking air through it! I opened the factory assembly and man it was full of dirt and hardened mud! What a piece of crap! I also removed 3 rollers while I was at it. In the morning I will ride it.

 

Hey EdKatt, make sure you put either a breather tube or a small filter on the case. Otherwise you may have oil come out and spill all over the hot engine. The little stock hose that went from the case to the airbox doesn't quite do the job by itself. I learned this the hard way.

 

Thanks lowlife. I remembered. I ran a long piece of hose up by the battery. I had to take off the kn though. I couldnt make it run right with it on. I'll have to rejet. It would fall on its face at full throttle. The rollers didnt do too much for the bottom end and cut down my top speed too much. Ill be putting them back in.
